How do you earn charms?
You can’t pick or buy Charms. Snapchat adds them automatically based on your interactions with each friend. If you don’t want a Charm showing, Snapchat lets you hide most Charms from a Friendship Profile (hiding removes it for both of you) and unhide them later, as long as they haven’t expired. Birthday and astrology Charms are turned off instead by disabling Birthday Party in your settings.
Who Can See the Charms?
Snapchat says your Charms are between you and your friends: a Charm on a Friendship Profile is visible only to you and that friend, and Group Charms are visible to all members of the group.
